SIPS Pharmacy Team

Our Stockport Integrated Pharmacy Service (SIPS) Team support our practices with medication requests and patient medication reviews. They also carry out projects to review medicines prescribed especially when there is a change in NICE or NHS guidelines for example, or for specific groups of patients.
